All systems and procedures at TRNXN Group follow Level 1 PCI-DSS requirements, and we’ll always go the extra mile to make sure your business understands and follows these requirements to eliminate a potential security risk. We’re also proud to be a Participating Member of the PCI Security Standards Council.

Your company is given state-of-the-art technology that makes business faster, easier, and simpler. If we find something better suited for your business, we’ll move you over at no cost. If your current technology meets your needs, we’ll do our best to work with it while upholding our standards. If a competitor of ours is better suited for you, we’ll tell you that, too.

5. WE’LL GET YOU YOUR FUNDS AS FAST AS POSSIBLE

You’ll always have your funds on the next business day, and you’ll be provided with options to receive them within hours if necessary.

6. OUR SUPPORT IS UNMATCHED

We’re fast, efficient, and detailed. You won’t need to wait on hold or tell your story to different people over and over again. We’re available 24/7/365 for our customers. Call us with questions, issues, or just to say hi.

7. YOUR MERCHANT ACCOUNT WILL BE OPTIMIZED TO BENEFIT YOUR BUSINESS, NOT OURS

From SIC codes and pricing tiers, to high ticket sizes and card types, if your account isn’t setup the right way the first time you risk declined sales and higher fees. We’ll take the time to get it right, every time.

8. YOUR SATISFACTION

In the first 30 days if you decide we aren’t a fit, we’ll refund any fees charged and assist with transitioning you to a provider that meets your needs.

9. WE’RE COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT

We’re not embarrassed to tell you that we want to retain your business for as long as you are around. The only way we do that is to give you the right information up front, hold true to our word, and help your business grow. We also won’t hide anything in fine print or confuse you with industry jargon.
