Maro Molteni & Royal Hawaiian

Royal Hawaiian is a place every local in Newport Beach knows, it’s been around since 1947. We worked with Maro’s restaurant, Royal Hawaiian, to implement our custom point-of-sale and payments solution. Our system now connects every moving part of his restaurant, from employee management to scheduling and payroll. In addition, we implemented a commission-free online ordering platform for his customers to order and pay online which is integrated with their kitchen printers.

 

Alex Montes & Hacienda On The Lake

Hacienda on the lake quite possibly has the best view in Mission Viejo. With so much open space and the capacity to hold over 250 people, there are a lot of moving parts. We installed 12 cloud-based point-of-sale systems that manage tables and orders throughout the restaurant. We moved them from manual scheduling over to the Homebase app for simple clock-in and labor reporting. This system now allows Hacienda to accept chip cards and has an encrypted network for secure transactions. We also moved them from paper gift certificates to digital gift cards.

 

Wayne Magnusen & Hook & Anchor

Hook & Anchor sells over 200,000 pounds of lobster a year between the two locations in Stanton and Newport Beach. California. With volume like that, they needed a point-of-sale that can keep up with the fast pace. We installed a cloud-based point-of-sale with a customer-facing display to manage their loyalty program, all forms of contactless payments, and digital receipts. They also have a wireless handheld terminal to fire additional orders for seated patrons and to take orders over the phone.
