We design, implement and support custom payment solutions.

We have worked so well together, because Hadfield Group, like us, is so service driven, so we align in meeting the needs of the customer.

- Michelle Endo, Mucho Mucho Market

We would have not been able to be in business if it wasn’t for Paul and his team from Hadfield Group helping us through it.

- Jeff Emig, Balboa Island Market

DESIGN

Forget the one-size-fits-all mindset. We examine what your business needs and present you with a simple, straightforward, cost-effective solution. If our Project Design meets your approval, we’ll lay the groundwork to begin organizing a successful launch.

IMPLEMENT

Our team stages all of your business’s hardware at our local office, testing transactions, and connectivity. Our installation team comes on-site installing, wiring, and configuring your system to optimize speed and meet PCI Compliance standards. We work when you don’t so that you won’t be required to close down your business during the changeover. Our support team is on-site as soon as your staff is to fine-tune settings and provide live support on features and functionality.

SUPPORT

Your business will have multiple touchpoints prior to launch, including an onsite run-through of your new hardware and a step-by-step guide to adding employees and learning the basics of what to expect on implementation day.

From employee management and payroll to taking orders and firing them to the kitchen, our point-of-sale connects every part of your business in one place.

 Our Clients

Mucho Mucho Market

Co-owners Juan Vargas, Alex Arellano, and Michelle Endo came together to provide a local market to the people of Laguna Niguel, California. Hadfield Group designed a payment solution that allows them to accept cash, card, and mobile payments. With this system, the market can weigh and scan items, add the appropriate grocery item tax, and handle employee scheduling. From the scales to the inventory, everything in the store is connected to one another.

Balboa Island Market & Grille

Co-owners Christina Strangio and motocross world champion Jeff Emig tell the story of their new ownership of Balboa Island Market & Grille. Balboa Island Market and Grill is part restaurant, part convenience store and HG was able to successfully implement POS technology to connect all moving parts of both concepts. We installed Cloud-Based POS to manage inventory, employees, and sales from each concept in real-time on-site and remotely. We integrated digital and custom gift cards and set-up wi-fi based handheld units to check out customers on the fly and upload inventory from anywhere within the store.
